SETTEGAST HEIGHTS VILLAGE NEWS!
Settegast Heights Village is a multifamily residence facility that is an endeavor between Housing and Urban Development and the Houston Association. Settegast is a 200 unit facility where residents live in Garden Apartments and Townhomes that are from one to five bedrooms. Residents include approximately 190 families, 10 seniors, and 400 dependents (under 18).
